重庆升降平台高速开关阀驱动电路设计

1、重庆升降平台/采用三角波发生电路来产生载波,载波频率需同时考虑铝合金升降机系统响应性能和高速开关阀的寿命两个因素,工程应用中,频率一般在几个Hz到几十个Hz之间,然后载波与输入控制信号进行比较,得到PWM脉宽信号。

2、当升降平台PWM为高电平时,光耦芯片的输入端为正,光耦导通工作,则引脚4输出正电压,使驱动芯片的引脚2输出控制信号,驱动场效应管工作,实现高空作业平台高速开关阀的功率放大及驱动。当PWM脉冲为低电平时,光耦截止,没有输出信号,高速开关阀不工作。
