1、低温对液压货梯机件的脆性破坏,低温脆性破坏取决于材料、设计和工艺三个因素的综合作用。当温度降低时其屈服点增高,断裂韧度降低,而屈强比的增大和塑性、韧性的降低,起裂前的塑性变形量和起裂后裂纹扩展的阻力减小,导致机件的脆化趋势增加;设计出现截面的突变、应力与应变集中、缺口、多轴拉应力状态等;工艺出现焊接裂纹、未熔合、显微组织的恶化、残余拉应力等。
